  I work close to the tims location and went there for breakfast there wasn't a big line and it took them 25mins to get my food. I go again later that day to order a few drinks for my coworkers I asked for iced coffee with no base and they messed that up followed with the ice caap that was also ordered

  The quality control of the coffee and food is standard to other locations, but the employees that work in this location are extremely slow. Often, I mean once a week they forget my bagel order and leave me waiting for up to 15min before asking what I was waiting for. This is not unusual and happens to other customers all the time. I get fuel at the esso every morning so I also get my coffee here every morning.

  They are nice and friendly for the most part. They can be slow on drive through sometimes. Everything seems always fresh... So far!
